Kept the app mockup hidden; the hero and graph visual remain the source of truth for this page.
Added the supporting landing prototype and memory graph background assets used by the live home page.

Added Local Models documentation for the optional Ollama-backed local model path.
Added Focus Mode documentation for the live work rail, goal progress, and environment context.
Added Council Mode documentation as a preview, feature-gated workflow rather than a default production claim.
Updated the MCP tools reference with list_recent_issues, live_plan_update, and localModels tools.
